Painting is something that I both like and hate. I have always felt that true artistic things such as drawing and painting were very difficult for me. Sometimes painting can be very frustrating. I feel that I have gotten a lot better in the past year though. I am now just starting to be able to put what I want on the canvas. Hopefully as I make the transition from student and professional I will be able to spend some of my free time improving my painting. I prefer this medium over drawing because I can easily blend colors if I wish. I am also able to work with color. I think that is pretty fun but as I said earlier madening too because I often feel that my colors could have more punch. There are always things to improve about one's work.....
