All of these drawings were done in charcoal.

	This is a drawing that I did using a photo as refrence. The woman is Ann Thurman.
	This drawing is a drawing that all of the students at the Academy of Art do in their first drawing class (or if a model does not show up in a figure drawing class).
	For this assignment, we were required to do a drawing of a piece of cloth draped over something. It is sort of hard to get excited about drawing cloth, so I tried to shape a sheet in a way that was visually interesting.
	This is also a drawing that I did for my Drawing I class. We had to do a drawing of seven objects for this assignment.
	Here is a drawing that I drew using a magazine ad as refrence. I think that the ad was for the Imix Stratasphere.
	Here is my favorite of all of these. It was my final project for figure drawing. Our assignment was to "do a drawing that might be what you would like to do in the future using what you learned in figure drawing." I don't intend to do a lot of drawing in the future, at least not in this highly rendered style. I decided that since I was free to do whatever I wasnted, I was going to do something that had some impact and would cause the viewer to do something other than just look at my drawing and say "oh, that's nice" It was hard to find a model for this since everyone was busy with their own finals and also the women that I talked to were not comfortable with my idea for this drawing. In the end, I convinced my best friend's brother's wife to pose for me. The fingers are my best friend's. I really appretiated her help since otherwise I would have had to go out and do some drawing from some porn magazine, which was not what I wanted to do.
